Aromatic and liquerish, sweet and citrusy, our Orange Mead is a modern version of a Melomel or honey wine with added fruit. We add Orange and Tangerine Peel to a mead base resulting in a pleasing balanced combination of acidity, aroma and honey body. 13.8% ABV

Midnight Blue is a Melomel or mead with added fruit. The Blueberry addition adds deep color, berry flavors and soft tannins with a lingering berry finish. Medium body, semi-sweet and good with cheese or dessert. 12% ABV

A round full-bodied blend dominated by merlot and malbec. 33% Malbec, 44% Merlot, 12% Sangiovese and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. A great food wine! 14% ABV

Our draft cider features Honey Crisp apples from Whatcom County’s own Bellewood Acres. Temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation produces a cider that is off-dry and light bodied, yet retains its delicate apple aroma and crisp acidity. A refreshing thirst quencher for hot days and long summer nights. 5.9% ABV
Cyser (draft mead-cider) $5 glass (10 oz)
Our draft cyser is a traditional blend of crisp Jonagold cider (65%) and mead (35%). With champagne-like sparkle, it is stronger and sweeter than our cider, resulting in a unique and complex sipping beverage. 8.9% ABV
